Athon was born in Varese, Italy, in 2014, when Ame (guit/vox) and Caste (guit/vox) met Giona (drums). Their common passion for sludge, stoner, and doom brought them cover many songs from Mastodon, Black Tusk, Baroness, Red Fang , as a start.
In 2017 the project is complete when Manu (bass / vocals) joins in. After some live experience together they decide to focus on composing their own music.
